SYNCHRONISING PLUGS AND SOCKETS.
The original GEC range of synchronising plugs & sockets are now obsolete as access to the Bakelite moulding tools has been lost.
A new range of electrically compatible synchronising plugs & sockets has been developed utilising Harting products and these are detailed on the following pages.

Features
Ensures safe operation during switching, synchronising or voltage selection procedures. Provides 14 non-interchangeable socket sets or available without coding pins. Six contacts with up to 3 links can be arranged in 22 combinations or available with linking non-adjacent contacts to order. Alternative version for up to six core umbilical cable.

Voltage rating: 500V Current rating: 16A continuously, 350A for 1 Second. Impulse voltage rating: 6kV
